We offer a 7-day return policy which means that you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery at your own expenses. Returned product can be transferred to store credit or to exchange with another product with same value.
However, this is NOT applicable in the following cases:
- Unsealed or used contact lenses and products with opened packages (all products need to be in their original condition and packing).
- Prescription glasses with lens thickness 1.6 and higher as these are too customized to be returned.
And if the product you received is faulty or damaged, please take a picture of the item and send it to us at email@example.com . Items shall be return on your own expenses. We’ll then send the replacement item just as soon as we can after receiving the returned items. If there’s any complication or questions, please contact our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org .
