Your orders will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days!

It is our aim to deliver the items you ordered within 3 to 7 working days. But in cases when there’s public holiday or festive season, there may be a slight delay. Also, there shall be times whereby the items you ordered are out of stock, it may take a bit longer to be shipped, which our customer service team will notify you accordingly.

For orders made during the Chinese New Year week, please do take note delivery timeline is between 7-14 working days, as our office will be off several days, and we do some delivery delays due to the increased volume on our delivery partners’ end as well.
